She started her restaurant journey in 2013 working in Sister Bay at Grasse’s Grill. From busing to serving to eventually working every position in the restaurant, she found her passion in the kitchen. Ending her over a decade career at Grasse’s Grill, Maria’s growing passion for food and business couldn't be stopped. To her, it’s not just a business—it’s a reflection of hard work, family, and what she believe’s in. Bringing along some friendly faces from her past to the Biscuits truck. They’re here to create quality fresh food that matters, led by a shared commitment to excellence and care.
